Straight Setup (straightsetup.com) is operated by RTG Global Sourcing Limited ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@straightsetup.com.

This is an information site. It has no user accounts, logins or payments. The only form that collects personal information is the email waitlist signup described below.

If you sign up, we collect your email address only to send the emails you asked for. Kit (kit.com) is our email provider and stores your address on our behalf.

Signups use double opt-in: you're only added after you click the link in the confirmation email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe any time or email us to delete your address. We don't sell or share your address.

Our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page and time of request.

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, referring sites, country and device type) to understand which guides are useful. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

If you email hello@straightsetup.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and, if you ask about a service, to discuss it with you.

Please don't send passport copies, ID documents, bank details or passwords by email. We never ask for them that way.

When we help with account opening, identity documents and selfie checks go directly from you to the bank or fintech. We don't collect or store them.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (such as hosting and email providers), with a partner you've asked us to introduce you to (only what's needed, with your agreement), or when the law requires it.

We keep email correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, then delete it, normally within 24 months. Hosting logs are kept under our provider's standard retention.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. We use established providers with appropriate safeguards.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@straightsetup.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

This site isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Our guides link to official sources and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them.

We'll post any update here with a new date. If we open paid services, we'll update this notice before collecting any additional information.
